This past weekend was Leo’s very first huge holiday, as well as considering that we were hosting, we had a great deal to concern about, mainly with Leo’s behavior. very first as well as foremost, Leo did not jump on the table as well as take the turkey (thankfully!), so Thanksgiving wasn’t the horror motion picture scene I kept replaying in my head. Not that I was anxious about this, however I was likewise thankful that Leo was extremely welcoming of our guests (maybe a bit as well welcoming) as well as didn’t hide or ended up being territorial. Leo likes people; there’s no question about that, however usually, when we satisfy people it’s at work or out in public. We don’t normally have guests in our home, so I wasn’t sure if his mindset would be different.
For the most part, Leo was a extremely great boy. I was persuaded that he would tinkle from the enjoyment of people coming in as well as tried (and failed) to reel him in, however surprisingly sufficient he was able to manage his bladder as he overenthusiastically greeted (jumped on) everyone. Woo! Luckily, our guests were pet dog people, particularly huge pet dog people, so the jumping didn’t bother them as well much. other than that, Leo didn’t cause as well much difficulty over the weekend, so I’d phone call it a success!
Besides Thanksgiving dinner, this whole weekend somewhat revolved around Leo as well as he liked it. He got so much additional interest in addition to a beach see as well as several pet dog park visits. Honestly, it was great for us as well since we got a bit break from having to entertain Leo. On Sunday, when everybody went to the flight terminal to head house bad Leo was stuck with just us again. For the rest of Sunday evening, whenever Leo heard a noise outside our door he got ecstatic believing people were coming in as well as then unfortunate when nobody came in the door.
