Just when you believed the “Boho” look might be waning, or that Rachel Zoe may be losing ground on her 70’s retromania, something comes along that makes the 70’s look the most popular point because lava lights. With the pre-fall collections appearing strong, Saint Laurent by Hedi Slimane launched a collection that entirely makes me want to jump on board with that 70’s look. Like a mix between Stevie Nicks and also Keith Richards, the collection is layered up on split denim, lace, natural leather, bangles, studs, and the precious jewelry! A lot fashion jewelry! I’m liking the clean lines of the slim denims (sorry bell-bottoms, you didn’t make it into this vision of the 70’s). Anyway, maybe it’s time to turn on the classic rock radio terminal and obtain your air guitars out!
